Your role will involve conducting research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential market entry points, enabling data-driven decision-making and shaping our company's growth strategy. Additionally, you will play a vital role in business development activities, engaging with partners, investors, and stakeholders to forge valuable relationships.
About the Job:
- Collaborate with founders and the marketing team to develop and execute brand building strategies, including creating compelling content, managing social media presence, and organizing promotional events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential areas for business expansion.
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies, including identifying and engaging potential partners, clients, and investors.
- Support founders in creating and delivering compelling pitches and presentations to stakeholders and investors.
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop and refine the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals.
- Help in maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure ongoing business growth and client satisfaction.
- Assist in analyzing market trends and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions on product development and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline internal processes and ensure effective communication within the organization.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to solve business challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and keep abreast of the latest developments in the cleantech sector, providing valuable insights to the founders to stay ahead in the market.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A passion for cleantech and sustainable energy solutions.
- Excellent analytical and research skills to interpret complex market data and draw meaningful insights.
- Strong strategic thinking, able to identify growth opportunities and assess market potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with founders, the leadership team, and external stakeholders.
- Experience in market research, business analysis, or strategic planning is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, engineering, business, or a related field.
